Etymologically the term Energy It comes from the Greek energeia and with it the idea of capacity for action or force is transmitted. As is known, energy is neither created nor destroyed, it only transforms. The electricity it is transformed into cold, gas into heat, oil in motion, and even what we eat becomes a form of energy.
Defining the idea of energy precisely is complex, as it is an abstract idea. We could say that it is a measure that serves to explain how an event occurs, from a simple movement of the human body until the emission of sunlight, passing through any phenomenon of the nature.
If we focus on the notion of energy, we are facing a concept with multiple meanings and meanings.
Energetics is a scientific discipline and is based on the laws of thermodynamics
In nature as a whole complex systems are involved in which gases, solids or magnets participate. The thermodynamics try to predict how energy acts in all the different systems.
There are four principles or laws of thermodynamics
1) The first principle holds that if two systems meet in Balance in relation to a third system, the latter is also in equilibrium.
2) The law of heat energy states that if one system exchanges heat with another, the internal energy of the isolated system will remain constant and therefore heat is the energy a system needs to compensate for the differences between work and energy internal.
3) The third law refers to entropy, which is a physical quantity that measures the part of the energy that cannot be used to produce a force.
4) The fourth law states that the temperature absolute zero is a limit that cannot be reached (absolute zero is the lowest theoretical temperature possible and this would imply that the particles subjected to this hypothetical temperature would lack movement).
Energy efficiency
The consumption of the different Energy sources Non-renewable, such as oil and its derivatives or coal, allow industrial processes and all kinds of actions in everyday life. However, this causes a polluting effect on the environment. To reduce this negative impact, an attempt is made to reduce energy consumption. The measures adopted refer precisely to energy efficiency.
Energy psychology
It is a discipline which is based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine. In this sense, the human being is conceived as something global. In this way, when physical and mental energy is not channeled correctly, some emotional disorder occurs. In other words, the different emotions we feel are the result of a series of energetic changes.
