The one of Balance ecological is a concept that has a use excluding in the field of caring forenvironment, calling the dynamic state of total harmony that exists between living beings and the environment in which they are found.
Dynamic and harmonious state in which living beings and the environment live and interact and allow them to develop
During this state, a constant regulation of those mechanisms that interact with the components of the system will prevail.
Meanwhile, it is made up of two terms that we use frequently in our language.
On the one hand, Balance which designates the state in which a given body is compensated and at the same time canceled by the forces acting on it.
Putting it in simpler terms it is a state in which stability premium.
And for his part, ecology, refers to everything that is related or proper to ecology.
Ecology is the discipline which deals with the study of the relationships between living beings and with the natural environment in which they are living.
Maintaining it is vital to the health of the planet
So maintaining that balance between all the actors that interact in the environment is fundamental for the health of its components, because otherwise the consequences are hyper negative.
The clearest example of this that we say is the many changes that are occurring, occurred, and will occur, surely, as a result of deliberate and little respectful actions with the natural environment on the part of the man.
Drier soils, changes in weather certainly extreme, extinction of fauna, deforestation of trees, excessive expenditure of natural resources, are some of the most serious and common consequences.
Although we must say that today there is a greater awareness regarding the issue of environmental care, there is still a long way to go to turn the dire state of the planet into this sense.
Conditions that help balance
However, there are some unequal conditions that must be observed for the state of ecological equilibrium to occur: that the Environmental circumstances are stable and that, for example, facilitate that living beings interact satisfactorily with the environment. environment; that the number of living beings of a given species can be maintained over time; and what factors such as contamination or any other action that directly threatens the environment or living beings does not alter the balance.
Conversely, when there is a total alteration in the ecosystem as a consequence of artificial or natural reasons, we will speak of ecological imbalance.
Causes of imbalance: natural and artificial
Among the artificial causes are: deforestation: due to the felling or burning of trees, either accidentally or on purpose; contamination : through highly toxic waste that comes into contact with the environment, for example garbage that is thrown in the seas and oceans in an absolutely indiscriminate and irresponsible way can kill the flora and fauna that live in they.
Also uncontrolled hunting of species that predisposes some exponents to disappear forever, even many of these are sold in an illegal market, kept in captivity, among other purposes.
The abuse of natural resources: trees, water and many other raw materials that come from nature are used by man without the corresponding attention, since they are finite and that one day they will wear out.
The construction of houses in large numbers in places that are not prepared for large constructions, for example; the economic eagerness of governments and large corporations forget to take care of certain precautions so that this does not happen.
And the introduction of substances that affect the ecosystem, for example chemicals that affect the health of the soil.
And in natural causes we can cite: climate change(implies the variation of the climate due to global warming), global warming (The emission of toxic gases has triggered that in recent decades the temperature the world has increased remarkably) and darkening of the planet (there is a marked decrease in light on earth that is the result of the existence of particles above the earth's atmosphere and that makes the clouds thicker and does not allow the light).
We can help
But all is not lost, it is possible to take many actions to avoid the dire consequences of the above: consume more organic products, fortunately today these proposals abound in the market; take care of the natural resources that are close to us: water, forests, not wasting the former and not throwing garbage to the latter; use more natural products and avoid the use of chemicals, especially in food and cleaning products; and of course to oppose any activity that affects our animals, such as hunting, captivity and illegal trafficking and always accompany any type of campaign in favor of the care of the planet.
