The term jester refers to a person who is dedicated to causing humor, making jokes or having fun at an evening. The jester works in such a way activity and it's not something spontaneous but usually it has events that involve this type of activities and shows. According to the historical period, the graces and amusements made by the jesters would unquestionably vary according to the interests and preferences of those who hired them. Today, for example, while the term jester is not used, comedians often do very different acts than they did just a couple of decades ago.
Normally, the idea of a jester takes us back to past historical periods, especially to the Middle Ages. Although this is highly true (since at that time the kings and nobles each had a group of jesters who were dedicated to entertaining their guests or themselves when they did so. they wanted through the development of different activities), the truth is that the character of the jester existed long before this historical moment and would continue to do so long after.
