The connector "like" belongs to the group of comparison connectors; It is used to express the equality or equivalence of one fact in relation to another. For example: Today we work all day, like Yesterday.
The connectors are the words or expressions that allow us to indicate a relationship between two sentences or statements. The use of connectors favors the reading and comprehension of texts since they provide coherence and cohesion.
