I knew she is a adjective feminine that designates that someone knows a lot about something (She is a very I knew). Sap she is a noun which designates a liquid found in the vessels of certain plants (The sap it is a thick liquid). She knew is a conjugation of verb "to know" (Her I knew a lot of cinema).
The words wise and sap are homophones because they have the same sound, but are written differently and have different meanings. But she knew it is pronounced differently than these two words because she has an I accent. For example: She was very I knew, because I knew much about plants: their operation, the function of sap, photosynthesis, etc.
