The genetic variability refers to the modification of the genetic material (genes) of a type of species or population determined. For example: types of bears, types of snakes, types of mosquitoes.
Is genetic variability is the one allows mutations that arise from a particular species between its parents and its descendants. These changes indicate that the population or species is evolving. In other words, without genetic variability, a species does not evolve.
Genetic variations can occur by combination of genes, by mutations or by sexuality.
