The preposition "without" it is used to indicate the lack of something and in front of the infinitive it is similar to "no". For example: I prefer coffee without sugar. / She got out of her house without have had breakfast.
The prepositions are links that relate the different elements of a sentence and are used to indicate origin, provenance, address, destination, medium, reason or possession.
Like all prepositions, "Without" is invariable (that is, it has neither gender nor number).
