Using the G

The letter G is letter number seven of the alphabet and is a consonant. It is a letter widely used in Spanish and can be combined with vowels and, also, with some consonants. For instance: gtie pingüino, gratis.

This letter has two possible pronunciations with vowels:

1. Words beginning with geo-, gest- and germ- are written with G.
