Fifth.- Any of the parts; Neither the sharecropper nor the owner may dispose of the offspring or earnings without the consent of the other party.

Sixth.- The parties agree that the term of this contract will be 5 years from the day after it is signed.

Seventh.- The two parties agree to submit exclusively to the courts of the jurisdiction of the state of Michoacán Mexico, which will hear any inconvenience or controversy that may arise.

Eighth.- The two parties will enjoy the benefits in case of sale of the animals according to the percentages established in this contract.
