The mnemonic sheets are those that help us remember the most important aspects of the content of a book, magazine or journalistic article, such as: concepts, definitions and comments.
The mnemonics are intended to help us remember an important point about a topic. We can do this with a verbatim quote or with a summary of its content.
Parts of a mnemonic token:
Header: that indicates the subject to which the content of the card refers.
Body: in which the quote or summary of the subject of the card is put.
Bibliographic data: title of the book or magazine, name of the author or authors (surnames in capital letters and names in lowercase), editorial page, year of publication and catalog number.
Mnemonic Token Size:
You can use various sizes, among the most common are the chips sold in the stationery. Some measurements are: 7.5 x 12.5 cm 10 x 15 cm 12 x 20 cm 15 x 23 cm.
