The trades They are official communications that can be issued by public or private institutions. Initially, they were documents of official validity that were issued only by the government, whether municipal, delegation, federal or state. Today they can be issued by private companies.
Classification of trades:
1. Trades by destination and institutional origin:
Interior Office
When the trade is internal and is issued within government offices (in the business case it would only be within the company). In this sense, the trades are called local internal office if it is in the same institution or foreign building and interior when the trade is rotated to other buildings or institutions governmental.
Foreign Trade
This classification corresponds to the trades that the institutions issue for the general public or for private institutions outside the government (in companies it is anyone who is not from the same company or subsidiary).
2. Trades that are aimed at one or more people:
Simple direct trade
The direct trade or also called simple trade is the one that is addressed to a single person or institution, generally to the owner, performs a statement and has official validity if issued by an institution or business validity if issued by such an institution.
There are trades that have official validity but are not extended by institutions, as is the case with school papers from private schools or papers issued by banks or credit institutions between others.
Multiple trades
This has the same structure as the simple trade, but it is aimed at different people, which makes its writing more universal.
