According to the results of the study commissioned by you, I wish to present you the general report of the situation of the administrative employees of the Academy.
In general, the administrative staff of our Academy is extremely dissatisfied with working conditions. In the first place, because many of them do not feel part of the institution, so they consider that they are not taken into account when making decisions. Second, workers expressed that they are uncomfortable with their workspace and facilities. Finally, workers feel disappointed as their previously established and agreed hours are not respected.
For this reason, 75% of those interviewed feel extremely angry with the company. Many of them have even seriously considered quitting work. Lack of openness and a sense of belonging, as well as respect for workers, are the main causes of this discontent.
A solution that would surely give good results is the implementation of a program where the workers expose their concerns and problems to the directors of the academy. Also, that the work spaces be remodeled with the help of the workers and based on their ideas and proposals. Likewise, create a system that regulates working hours so that they are respected.
This program, which is called "Listening to the worker", lasts for 3 months and will aim to reduce by 80% the desires for job desertion and dissatisfaction. This would also have a positive effect when it comes to transmitting belonging and teamwork to the students of our institution.
