Team: Its members work fun and productively in a cooperative, comfortable and relaxed environment.
Group: Its members focus on their individuality.
Team: Its members have a sense of belonging.
Group: Its members meet for administrative purposes, work individually and cross their purposes.
Team: Its members recognize their interdependence and understand that their personal and organizational goals must be aligned and will be achieved through mutual collaboration.
Group: Its members may or may not participate in making decisions that affect them, and the decisions made are not criticized, they are only adopted with obedience.
Team: Its members participate in the decisions that affect them, and their position is critical to the decisions made by whoever occupies the incumbent leadership.
Group: Its members in a situation of change and conflict, react with fear and feel threatened.
Team: Its members recognize conflict and change as something normal, and look for a positive result in each of these situations.
