The management process varies according to the area in question. The importance of each of the elements that make up the capacity is in relation to the nature and importance of the function.
Considering that human resources are the most important assets of the organization, it is essential to need a human resources manager that efficiently and effectively meets the expectations of the organization and its collaborators.
