The letter of intent is the letter by which we state our interest or inform about a procedure, organization chart or project, or the motivations for which we participate in a sale or bidding; It is an informative document in which we make known some concepts and ideas about a project or work, without contract effects nor does it oblige us to comply with the above. It is generally a step prior to a formal negotiation.
