Catalog File Example

The catalog cardIt is a file that, as the name says, catalogs things, has great similarity with the bibliographic file; It is used mainly in libraries, newspaper libraries and bookstores to keep a record of the publications they have in existence. Other uses may be made to it on a discretionary basis to catalog other documents.
The catalog card It must have the basic elements such as:
- Record number
- Name of the author or authors
- Text matter
- Publication name (title) and date.
- Details of the file
