The appeal for disagreement is the means through which citizens can challenge a decision or way of acting of a public institution.
The appeal for disagreement is a right, by which natural or legal persons can express their disagreement on resolutions taken by the authorities of public institutions.
An appeal of disagreement must be made according to what is established by the regulations of the institution in question, generally, Said appeal must be processed before the Conciliation and Arbitration Board when the disagreement comes from persons physical; in the case of legal entities, it must be done before the Federal Court of Fiscal and Administrative Justice.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you want to file an appeal for disagreement, you must inquire about the internal regulations of the institution that I make the decision that you intend to challenge and make sure before which authority it is appropriate to process the appeal and the format that you must follow to write it up.
