Wine is an alcoholic beverage that is produced from the fruit of the grape, mediating the fermentation alcoholic content of its must or juice, said fermentation is achieved through the action of yeasts that will transform the sugars in the fruit into alcohol ethyl and carbon dioxide.
Although this does not mean that other civilizations have not tasted it before, the origin of wine dates back to stage Neolithic and it was possible to trace it to that moment thanks to the discovery of a vessel dating from 5,400 BC. and in which vestiges of it were found. From there, this drink, known worldwide by all, was expanding and becoming customary in other cultures such as Greek and Egyptian, among others and being preserved to this day.
