Easily identifiable by its unique profile, its rich history and impressive culture, France is undoubtedly one of the most fabulous countries in the world. It is located in the western-central area of Europe and its territory shares borders with the countries of Spain, Andorra, Italy, Belgium, Monaco, Luxembourg, Germany and Switzerland, in addition to having an extensive coastline bathed to the north by the North Sea and to the south by the beautiful Sea Mediterranean. France is today a republic with a president and a prime minister. Its capital is the wonderful city of Paris, center of culture, beauty and art.
The history of France is undoubtedly very rich and this has to do more than anything with the important presence of the Gallic spirit that we find in this portion of territory since time immemorial. Having known various periods of excellence and splendor compared to the rest of the countries of Europe, today France is a great world power characterized by a
economy vigorous. In addition, we cannot fail to mention how France was in 1789 the seat of the Revolution that would change the known world so far: the French Revolution.The French territory is divided into 22 regions, among which we must mention Lorraine, Bretagne, Ile de France (where the French capital is located), Alsace, Aquitaine, Bourgogne and many others. In addition, France has numerous territories in different parts of the world: French Guyana, the island of Guadeloupe, Martinique, the island of Corsica and French Polynesia among others.
Obviously, one of the most important legacies of France to the world is its impressive and immeasurable culture. From the architecture Gothic, passing through different artistic plastic currents that marked the world (Impressionism, Rococo, Neoclassicism), its literature with examples like Victor Hugo, Rabelais, Baudelaire, Jules Verne, Alexander Dumas, Móliere, thinkers and philosophers like René Descartes, Jean Jacques Rousseau, Voltaire, Diderot, etc., all these incredible acts of art are examples for Humanity.
