The quasi-reflex verbs are those that are built with a pronoun (me, te, se, nos) but that pronoun is not the direct or indirect object of the sentence. They are used mainly to express movements, inner life (thoughts and feelings) or entry into a state. For example: I'm going. / We promise to come tomorrow.
Quasi-reflex verbs are often confused with reflexive verbs, which are also constructed with pronouns but which designate actions that the subject he makes about himself. For example: I wash, he looks in the mirror. In these cases, you can add "myself" or "himself", which would be the direct object of the verb.
