A labor quote It is a document which a service provider presents to a client to inform him about the cost of a job without including the supplies and materials necessary to perform it.

The labor quote It is very common when the work to be carried out includes material that the client can acquire for own account, or that you already have and only want the worker (s) hired to carry out the work.

A labor quote must contain the following information:

• Name of the person to whom the quote is addressed.
• Date of elaboration.
• Validity of the quotation.
• Description of the work to be carried out.
• Number of people who will work and the description of the jobs that each of them will perform.
• Time in which the works will be carried out, as well as the working hours.
• Place where said work will be carried out.
• Equipment and material requirements, as well as the specification of who is responsible for providing it, the customer or the supplier.
• Monetary value of the works.
• Payment conditions.
• Provider's name and signature.

Through this channel I allow myself to submit to your consideration the present labor quotation that you requested.

The work listed consists of changing the tiles of a kitchen that measures 2 x 4 meters, said work is detailed below:

1. Move the kitchen cabinets to clear the area.
2. Remove the current tiles.
3. Remove debris.
4. Lay the new tiles.
5. Clean the area.
6. Put the kitchen furniture in its place.

These works will be completed in two days and the staff consists of a master mason and an assistant.

The cost of labor is $ 1,500.00 and must be paid as follows:

50% in advance at the beginning of the work and 50% upon completion.

All tools will be provided by the workers and the necessary material will be provided by the client. The master mason will indicate the quantities of material necessary for the work.

This quote is valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issue.
