An audience is understood to be that more or less numerous group of people who are characterized by listening to a exposition orally or by attending a presentation the same type. The audience can however be very variable and the concept can be applied both for people visible at the moment as it can also have a meaning abstract when talking about the audience without having it in front of it.
The audience is undoubtedly one of the most important elements of the acts of communication. In specific terms, an audience can be composed of several members, but since the main function of the hearing itself or witnessing different acts of communication, a single person can easily be considered as audience.
The audience is the one that receives the information in the code in which it is transmitted, there must always be a certain level of understanding of the same. In general, the audience captures that information passively, without actively participating and simply taking the data that has been exposed. Today, however, the
participation of the audiences in the different communication media is increasing and more relevant when it comes to constructing news, news and various information.Audiences can be formed in endless spaces. While we normally think of the television audience at first, there are also audiences who attend live shows, sports, shows, lectures, congresses and academic exhibitions of various kind. The audience is always placed in front of the speaker and, although the provision of the locations may vary, in general the audience remains seated and in a staggered way to favor contact with those who exhibit (although in recitals and concert shows) music it is common for it to remain stopped throughout the show).
